Overview

The Incomes page gives you a summary of revenue collected through your operators and resellers. Rather than listing individual payments, it aggregates totals by operator over a selected period — making it easy to understand how much each part of your distribution network has contributed to your overall revenue.

What Is Shown

The Incomes table presents one row per operator. Each row includes:

Column Description
Operator Name The name of the reseller or sub-operator whose collections are summarised.
Total Collected The sum of all payments recorded by this operator during the selected period.
Period The date range over which the totals are calculated.

At the bottom of the table, a Grand Total row shows the combined income from all operators for the period.

Filtering by Date Range

Use the date range picker at the top of the page to specify the start and end dates for your income summary. Click Apply to refresh the table. This allows you to view income for a specific month, quarter, or any custom period you choose.

Common Use Cases

  • Monthly revenue review — Set the period to the previous calendar month to see how much each operator collected and confirm it aligns with your expectations.
  • Operator performance comparison — Compare collected amounts across operators to identify your highest-performing resellers or flag underperforming ones.
  • Revenue reconciliation — Cross-check operator-reported collections against the system totals as part of your end-of-month accounting process.
  • Commission calculations — Use operator totals as the basis for calculating commissions or settlement amounts payable to resellers.
