Mobile App
The ISPBills Android companion app puts your ISP management tools in your pocket. Operators, managers, and resellers can monitor their network, serve customers, and record transactions from anywhere — without needing to open a laptop.
Overview
The mobile app is designed for field use. Whether a technician is collecting payment at a customer's premises or a manager is checking the network status after hours, the app provides real-time access to the most important ISPBills features.
The app is available for Android devices. Operators log in using the same ISPBills credentials they use on the web panel.
Features
Customer Management
- View your full customer list with search and filter
- Check individual customer profiles: package, balance, billing status, contact details
- See which customers are currently online (authenticated on the router) and which are offline or suspended
- Renew a customer's subscription directly from the app
Payment Collection
- Record cash payments received from customers in the field
- Payment is posted to ISPBills immediately — no need to return to the office
- View payment history for any customer
Complaint Management
- View open complaints assigned to your account
- Update complaint status (in progress, resolved)
- Create new complaint tickets for customers
Network Monitoring
- Check the status of your registered routers (online/offline)
- View connected device counts per router
- Receive alerts if a router goes offline
Notifications
- Receive push notifications for important events:
- New customer registration
- Payment received
- Router offline alert
- Complaint assigned
Getting Started
Download
Search for ISPBills on the Google Play Store, or download the APK directly from ispbills.com.
Login
- Open the app on your Android device.
- Enter your ISPBills domain (e.g.,
yourisp.ispbills.com). - Enter your username and password — the same credentials you use to log in to the web panel.
- Tap Login.
Your role and permissions are the same in the app as on the web. A reseller will see only their own customers; a manager will see what their permissions allow.

Notes
- The mobile app complements the web panel — it does not replace it. Network configuration, package management, and settings changes should still be done via the web panel.
- Keep the app updated to the latest version to ensure compatibility with your ISPBills installation.
