The Subscription section covers the monthly fee your ISP pays to use the ISPBills platform. ISPBills is a subscription-based SaaS (Software as a Service) product — you pay a recurring fee to access the platform, receive updates, and get support.


Accessing Your Subscription

Navigate to My Subscription in the left sidebar (or via the top account menu) to view your current subscription status, billing history, and outstanding bills.


What Is the ISPBills Subscription?

When you register your ISP on ISPBills, you are subscribing to the platform. The subscription covers:

  • Access to the full ISPBills admin panel
  • Hosted RADIUS (FreeRADIUS) server managed by ISPBills
  • Cloud hosting of your ISPBills instance (if on the cloud plan)
  • Platform updates and new features
  • Technical support from the ISPBills team
  • Customer portal and mobile app access for your subscribers

Subscription Tiers and Pricing

ISPBills offers multiple subscription tiers based on the number of customers and features required. Pricing is charged in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) for ISPs in Bangladesh.

Additional Charges

VPN Accounts

If your routers are behind NAT and require a VPN tunnel to connect to ISPBills, each active VPN account is charged at:

50 BDT per month per VPN account

VPN accounts are managed under Routers & Packages > VPN Accounts.


How Billing Works

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly.
  • Your subscription bill is generated automatically each month based on your active plan and usage.
  • Bills appear in My Subscription > Billing History.

Viewing Your Current Subscription Bill

  1. Navigate to My Subscription in the sidebar.
  2. The page shows your current plan, the next billing date, and any outstanding amount.
  3. Click on a bill to see the full breakdown (base plan, VPN accounts, any add-ons).

Paying the Subscription Bill

To pay an outstanding ISPBills subscription bill:

  1. Navigate to My Subscription.
  2. Under the unpaid bill, click Pay Now.
  3. Choose your payment method (bKash, bank transfer, or as directed by ISPBills support).
  4. Complete the payment.
  5. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription is extended and your account remains active.

What Happens If Your Subscription Lapses

If a subscription bill is not paid by the due date:

Stage What Happens
Grace period Your account remains active for a short grace period after the due date.
Access restriction After the grace period, access to the admin panel may be restricted or suspended.
Service disruption If the account remains unpaid, your customers' internet service may be affected as the RADIUS server is part of the ISPBills platform.

To avoid service disruption, ensure your subscription is paid on time every month. Set a reminder a few days before the billing date.


Upgrading or Changing Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher tier or change your subscription plan:

  1. Navigate to My Subscription.
  2. Review the available plans.
  3. Contact the ISPBills support team to process the change, or follow the in-platform upgrade flow if available.
