The ISPBills Support Programme is a referral and affiliate programme that allows ISPs on the platform to earn commissions by introducing other ISPs to ISPBills. If you know ISP operators who are not yet using ISPBills, you can refer them and earn a reward when they become paying subscribers.

Accessing the Support Programme

Navigate to Support Programme in the left sidebar.

How It Works

  1. Get your affiliate link — ISPBills provides you with a unique referral URL from your Support Programme page.
  2. Share it — Send the link to other ISP operators via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, or any channel you prefer.
  3. They sign up — When an ISP registers for ISPBills using your affiliate link, they are tracked as your referral.
  4. You earn — Once your referred ISP becomes a paying subscriber, you receive a commission.

The process is fully automated — ISPBills tracks all referrals from your link and reports them on your dashboard.

Your unique affiliate (referral) URL is displayed on the Support Programme page. It looks like:

https://ispbills.com/register?ref=YOUR_CODE

Share this link with ISP operators who could benefit from the ISPBills platform. Do not modify the link — altering the referral code will prevent tracking.

Tracking Affiliate Leads

The Support Programme page shows a list of all ISPs who have signed up using your referral link:

Column Description
ISP Name The name of the referred ISP.
Registration Date When the referred ISP registered.
Status Whether the referral is active (paid subscriber) or pending (not yet converted).
Commission The commission earned from this referral (once the referral converts to a paying customer).

Use this dashboard to monitor how many of your referrals have converted and how much commission you have earned.

Commission Structure

Commission rates and payment terms are defined in the Support Programme Policy. The policy is accessible directly from the Support Programme page in ISPBills.

Key points to note:

  • Commissions are earned on successfully converted, paying referrals.
  • The commission is calculated as a percentage of the referred ISP's subscription fee.
  • Commissions are credited to your ISPBills account or paid out according to the policy terms.

For the exact commission rates and current terms, review the Support Programme Policy available in the Support Programme section of your ISPBills panel.

Support Programme Policy

The full terms and conditions governing the programme — including eligibility, commission rates, payment methods, and prohibited activities — are documented in the Support Programme Policy.

To view the policy:

  1. Navigate to Support Programme in the sidebar.
  2. Click Support Programme Policy.

It is your responsibility to read and understand the policy before participating in the programme.

Tips for Successful Referrals

  • Share your affiliate link in ISP owner community groups on Facebook, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
  • Demonstrate ISPBills features to potential referrals — a live demo is more persuasive than a link alone.
  • Follow up with referred ISPs who registered but have not yet activated a paid subscription.
  • Share this documentation with referred ISPs to help them get started quickly.
