Service terms and operating conditions for ISPBills users

These terms govern your use of the ISPBills platform. By registering and using the service, you agree to the following conditions.

Last updated: March 2026. ISPBills reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-panel notification.

Account Registration and Access

  1. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ISPBills is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from shared or compromised passwords.
  3. Each account is intended for a single ISP operation. Sharing a single account across multiple unrelated businesses is not permitted.

Account Retention

  1. If no customer is created within three days of registration, the account may be deleted automatically to free resources.
  2. A subscriber account may be deleted automatically after two months of unpaid subscription bills.
  3. Before automatic deletion, ISPBills will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address and phone number.

Service Availability

  1. ISPBills targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, software updates, or events beyond our control.
  2. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via the admin panel or email when possible.
  3. ISPBills is not liable for business losses arising from service interruptions.

Data Retention and Privacy

  1. Historical data — including SMS history, payment history, and internet session history — is retained for one year from the date of creation.
  2. Customer personal data is stored securely and is only accessible to the ISP operator who owns the account.
  3. ISPBills does not sell, share, or disclose customer data to third parties, except as required by applicable law.
  4. Upon account deletion, all associated data (customer records, billing history, logs) is permanently removed after a 30-day recovery window.

Acceptable Use

  1. You must not use ISPBills to store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  2. You must not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
  3. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or API abuse beyond normal operational use is prohibited.

Payment and Billing

  1. Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your active customer count. See Pricing for current rates.
  2. Payments must be made through the supported payment methods listed in the admin panel.
  3. Failure to pay within the grace period will result in temporary suspension of panel access. See Subscription for grace period details.

Intellectual Property

  1. ISPBills software, documentation, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of ISPBills.
  2. One-time license purchasers receive a single-machine usage right. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the source code is not permitted without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  1. ISPBills is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
  2. ISPBills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  3. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  1. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting ISPBills support.
  2. ISPBills reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
  3. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it is permanently deleted.
