Operators Action Log
Overview
The Operators Action Log records every action performed by your operators and resellers on customer accounts. Because operators have delegated access to manage their own subset of customers, this log gives ISP administrators full visibility into operator activity — providing accountability and an audit trail for all delegated operations.
What Is Recorded
Each entry represents a single action taken by an operator on a customer. The following columns are recorded:

| Timestamp | The date and time the action was performed. |
| Operator | The username of the operator or reseller who performed the action. |
| Customer | The customer whose account was affected. |
| Action | A description of what was done (e.g. Activated account, Recorded payment, Changed package, Renewed subscription). |
Actions Captured
The log covers all significant operations that operators can perform on their customers, including:
- Account activations — enabling a new customer's service for the first time.
- Payment recording — logging a payment received from a customer.
- Package changes — upgrading or downgrading a customer's internet plan.
- Renewals — manually renewing a customer's subscription.
- Suspensions and unsuspensions — manually toggling a customer's service state.
- Profile updates — changes to customer contact details or account information.
Common Use Cases
- Auditing operator activity — Review all actions taken by a specific operator during a period to verify they are operating within their scope and following correct procedures.
- Investigating billing discrepancies — If a customer disputes a payment or package change, search this log by customer name to see exactly what an operator did and when.
- Monitoring reseller performance — Track how frequently each operator is activating customers or recording payments to understand their activity levels.
- Compliance and accountability — Maintain a tamper-evident record of all delegated actions for internal governance purposes.
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar to search by operator username, customer name, or action text. Use the date range filter to limit results to a specific period. You can also filter by operator to view all actions performed by one individual.
Exporting to CSV
Click Download CSV to export the filtered log entries. Exports are useful for operator performance reviews, billing reconciliations, or formal audit submissions.
Adding Reviewer Notes
Click on any log entry to open it and add a Reviewer Note. This is useful for flagging unusual activity, recording the outcome of an investigation, or leaving context for the compliance team.
