Resellers and Managers

Group Admins can create staff accounts without giving them full ownership access. Each account belongs to the Group Admin and receives only the role and permissions required for its work.

Available staff roles

Role Intended work Dedicated permissions
Manager Customer and operational work selected by the Group Admin Granular manager permission catalogue
NOC User Network monitoring, routers, OLT/ONU, IP pools and connection troubleshooting NOC-specific permissions
Accounts User Receivable, payable, daily/monthly reports, customer payments, ledger and journal Accounts permissions plus explicitly assigned manager permissions
Support User Complaints, departments, categories and support SMS history Support permissions plus explicitly assigned manager permissions

These are staff roles, not resellers. They operate inside the Group Admin's tenant and do not own independent customer businesses.

Create a staff account

  1. Open Operators & Managers and select the required staff tab.
  2. Select New Manager, New NOC User, New Accounts User, or New Support User.
  3. Enter a unique email address, mobile number and password of at least 8 characters.
  4. Select only the required permissions.
  5. Save the account and test it with the staff member.

The new account uses the Group Admin's organisation, country, timezone and language settings. Changing a staff member's password does not require recreating the account.

Accounts User permissions

The Accounts role can be assigned access to the dashboard, receivable, payable, daily and monthly reports, customer payments, ledger and journal.

Search visibility and financial records remain scoped to the parent Group Admin. Grant customer or operational permissions only when the staff member also needs those tasks.

Support User permissions

The Support role can be assigned access to its dashboard, SMS history, current and archived complaints, departments and complaint categories.

Support users should not receive billing or network permissions unless their job specifically requires them.

Permission and security guidance

  • Start with the minimum permission set and add access only after a verified need.
  • Use an individual account for each employee; never share a staff login.
  • Remove the account promptly when employment or responsibility ends.
  • Review the activity log after permission changes or sensitive financial work.
  • Enable two-factor authentication for every staff account that supports it.

Deleting a staff account also removes its assigned permission records. Historical business and activity records should remain attributed according to their stored audit data.
