Cambium Devices
Overview
The Cambium monitoring feature allows you to manage and monitor Cambium wireless devices — including ePMP and cnPilot series access points — directly within ISPBills. Much like the Ubiquiti monitoring section, it gives you a centralised view of all your Cambium hardware so you can assess network health without logging into each device individually.
Adding a Cambium Device
Navigate to Monitoring › Cambium and click Add Device. Provide the device's management IP address, administrator credentials, and assign it to the responsible operator. ISPBills will connect to the device and begin collecting status data immediately after the record is saved.
Device List
The Cambium device list presents a summary of every registered device, including its name, IP address, and current online or offline status. Offline devices are highlighted so that issues can be identified and escalated quickly.
Signal Quality
The detail page for each Cambium device shows the current signal quality metrics reported by the hardware. These figures help you assess whether a subscriber's wireless link is healthy or degrading due to interference, obstructions, or equipment issues.
Connected Subscribers
You can see how many subscriber modules (SMs) or client devices are currently connected to each Cambium access point. A sudden drop in connected subscribers on an AP can indicate a radio failure or a widespread outage affecting a cluster of customers.
Device Health
ISPBills also surfaces general device health indicators such as uptime, firmware version where available, and any error states reported by the device. Reviewing these regularly helps you schedule maintenance before problems impact customers.
