Partner Workspace

The ISPbills Partner program lets you establish your own ISP software brand without building the platform yourself. You receive a ready website, set your package names and selling prices, onboard independent ISPs, collect their subscription payments, and pay ISPbills the discounted platform cost.

Open the live Partner website example or create a Partner account.

A Partner is different from an ISP's internal Operator or Sub-Operator. Every ISP sold by a Partner receives its own independent Group Admin account, customer database, network configuration, payment gateways, and SMS gateway.

How Partner profit works

You select the price your ISP client pays. ISPbills charges you the lower Partner platform cost. The difference is your gross commercial spread before your own taxes, payment-gateway charges, and support expenses.

Example for a 500-subscriber package in Bangladesh:

Item Amount
Your ISP selling price ৳3,000/month
Default Partner platform cost ৳1,875/month
Illustrative gross spread ৳1,125/month

This is only an example. Your actual result depends on the package, your selling price, and your current Partner discount level.

Important commercial rules

  • There is no monthly minimum commitment and no monthly shortfall charge.
  • You must maintain at least BDT 10,000 or USD 100 in available wallet balance to create another ISP or accept an automated website signup.
  • The wallet requirement uses the current available balance, not the value of an old top-up.
  • Spending below the reserve blocks new ISP provisioning until you add the shortfall. It does not delete an existing ISP.
  • Platform discounts are 25% by default, 35% at the BDT 20,000-equivalent balance, and 50% at the BDT 50,000-equivalent balance.
  1. Register and secure your Partner account.
  2. Fund the wallet and understand platform pricing.
  3. Add your brand, website, and domain.
  4. Edit and publish your six packages.
  5. Configure Partner payment and SMS providers.
  6. Add your first ISP and configure team access.
  7. Test the website, signup, invoice, payment, and support journey before promoting your domain.
