ISP Clients, Partner Team and Support

Add an ISP from the Partner workspace

  1. Confirm the wallet page says ISP creation is unlocked.
  2. Open Partner → Clients → Add client.
  3. Select the package, country, language and matching timezone.
  4. Enter the owner name, ISP company, business email and mobile number.
  5. Add address and helpline information where available.
  6. Create and confirm a strong password.
  7. Select the available verification method and submit.
  8. Confirm the new ISP and its retail/wholesale invoices appear.

Required fields are marked and validated. The email address must not already belong to an ISPbills operator account, and the timezone must belong to the selected country.

Automated website signup

An ISP owner can also:

  1. open your Partner website;
  2. select one of the six packages;
  3. complete the secure signup form;
  4. accept the service terms;
  5. create the owner account;
  6. continue to the Partner invoice and available payment methods.

Website signup is unavailable while the Partner wallet is below the provisioning reserve.

What the new ISP receives

Every ISP receives an independent Group Admin account with its own:

  • subscribers and customer records;
  • routers, OLTs, ONUs and network settings;
  • packages and billing profiles;
  • staff accounts and permissions;
  • subscriber payment gateways;
  • subscriber SMS gateway;
  • invoices, reports and support records.

The Partner does not become that ISP's internal Operator and should not use Operator/Sub-Operator hierarchy for Partner clients.

Enter an ISP account for support

Authorized Partner users can open an owned client and select Enter account. Provide a specific support reason and confirm the Partner password when requested.

The session is audited. Sensitive actions—such as password, two-factor authentication, WebAuthn, API credentials, payment gateways, account profile and deletion—remain blocked during Partner impersonation.

Stop the session when the support task is complete.

Add Partner staff

Open Partner → Team, enter the staff member's name/email/password, choose a role template, and review every permission before saving.

Template Typical starting access
Admin All Partner permissions
Sales View/create ISP clients and manage packages
Billing Billing, wallet, Partner payments and Partner SMS
Support View clients, approved account entry and support tickets

Templates are starting points. Use the permission checkboxes to limit each person. Disabling a team member blocks their Partner access.

Menu visibility is not a security control. Always remove the permission itself when a staff member should no longer perform an action.

Get support from ISPbills

The Partner Support menu reuses the existing ISPbills support system:

  1. Open Partner → Support or /portal/support.
  2. Select New ticket.
  3. Enter a clear subject, priority and detailed description.
  4. Attach screenshots or logs after removing passwords, tokens and customer-sensitive data.
  5. Submit and track replies from the same ticket page.
  6. Close the ticket after resolution.

Partner-managed ISPs normally contact the Partner for first-line commercial and operational help. The Partner contacts ISPbills for platform issues. Direct/released ISPs use normal ISPbills support.

Daily operating checklist

  • Review wallet balance and reserve status.
  • Review new ISP signups and open retail invoices.
  • Reconcile Partner payment-gateway transactions.
  • Check wholesale invoices and apply wallet funds deliberately.
  • Review failed SMS or payment notifications.
  • Respond to ISP clients and open ISPbills tickets when escalation is needed.
  • Disable staff access immediately when responsibilities change.
