NetFlow Pricing & Trial
Understand ISPBills NetFlow DDoS Protection (NetFlow) add-on pricing, the 14-day trial, billing behaviour and how to stop auto-activation.
NetFlow DDoS Protection is a paid ISPBills add-on with a 14-day free trial and tiered monthly pricing.
See the overview for what NetFlow does, or the setup guide to start exporting flows.
Pricing Model
NetFlow is sold as a monthly add-on with three capacity tiers:
| Tier | Price (BDT / month) |
|---|---|
| 10Gbps | ৳12,000 |
| 40Gbps | ৳25,000 |
| 100Gbps | ৳55,000 |
NetFlow availability depends on add-on visibility for your account. If it is missing, contact your super_admin or ISPBills support.
Start the 14-Day Free Trial
A 14-day free trial is available inside the ISPbills admin panel.
- Open Monitoring → NetFlow.
- Select Start 14-Day Free Trial.
- Enable the collector and configure your exporters.
| Trial item | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Length | 14 days |
| Feature access | Full NetFlow dashboard, sources, live flows and reports |
| Billing during trial | No NetFlow charge during the trial period |
| Trial eligibility | Available to eligible paid-plan accounts |
| Auto-activation | When the trial ends, the 10Gbps tier is added automatically unless you stop the trial |
| Trial retention | Trial tenants are kept on a strict 48-hour retention window to control storage cost |
After the Trial Expires
When the trial expires, new data collection pauses unless the add-on is active. Trial tenants remain on the strict 48-hour retention window.
Activate before the trial ends if NetFlow is part of your daily NOC workflow. This avoids gaps in traffic history.
Billing and Invoices
When a NetFlow tier is activated (manually or via auto-activation), ISPBills generates an invoice and attaches the recurring add-on to your subscription. The add-on also appears on renewal invoices while it remains active.
| Billing event | Result |
|---|---|
| Trial started | No immediate invoice |
| Tier activated (10/40/100Gbps) | Invoice generated for the add-on and the tier is attached as recurring |
Stopping Auto-Activation
If you do not want NetFlow to auto-activate after the trial, open Monitoring → NetFlow during the trial and select Stop trial. This immediately ends trial access and disables auto-activation.
